Workshops and Classes

You can see any upcoming workshops here.

Teaching has always been a vital part of my development, providing an ongoing source of inspiration that comes from the time and space to investigate my own creative practice in relation to others. The framework for my teaching is a curiosity around perception, pattern, and relationship.

Alongside my independent teaching I was a Lecturer in Dance at De Montfort University in 2006 and  Head of Movement at the Oxford School of Drama 1999 – 2004. I enjoy teaching in a variety of settings and for a range of participants, and value the richness of dialogue and exchange that arises from different contexts.

As a Franklin Method Educator since 2004 I have always enjoyed offering movement sessions incorporating experiential anatomy, therapy balls, imagery and touch. As a Certified Rolf Movement Practitioner I aim to bring these two approaches together to establish regular workshops and classes in 2017.
