Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle yet profound form of bodywork that recognises health as something always present, and supports the body’s innate capacity for balance, repair, and self-regulation.
After a short conversation, you are invited to lie fully clothed on a treatment couch. The touch is light, quiet, and deeply attentive—listening rather than directing. Contact may be made in different areas of the body depending on what arises in the session, and is always offered in dialogue with you. Rather than working on symptoms directly, the session offers space for your system to settle, allowing the body’s own rhythms and restorative processes to emerge in their own way.
Within this quiet and supportive space, you may notice a deep sense of rest, alongside subtle shifts in sensation, emotion, or internal awareness. This is a way of meeting the body as it is, with care and presence. We may occasionally reflect on what you notice during the session, although there is no expectation to talk if you would rather simply rest.
People come to BCST for many reasons, including stress, anxiety, persistent pain, fatigue, recovery from illness or injury, and times of transition or overwhelm. Others are drawn to it simply as a way of reconnecting with themselves and cultivating a deeper sense of ease and resilience in daily life. The work is suitable for people of all ages and stages of health because of its gentle, non-invasive nature.
